Careers, Life, and Yale connects Yale students and Yale alumni. By sharing career and life experiences through our program, alums help students develop career plans and life skills. Careers, Life, and Yale events offer insight on both unusual and established career paths, along with networking and mentoring opportunities as well as interviewing and job-search skills.

Careers, Life, and Yale events go deeper than career wisdom: alumni also share insights about leadership, teamwork, financial literacy and greater self-awareness (e.g., strengths, passions, work/life balance).

Careers, Life, and Yale is led by alumni, the Yale Alumni Association (aya.yale.edu), by Students and Alumni of Yale (STAY: yale.edu/stay), Yale’s Office of Career Strategy (ocs.yale.edu), and with guidance from Yale’s campus leaders.
